I love to visit this Panera. They have a relaxing atmosphere, as all Paneras do, but I especially like the layout. We've used it for our writing critique group meetings, but my daughter and I like to go there for our special dates, whether it's for a bagel or for lunch. (My husband and I also like to drop by there occasionally.) My favorites on the menu are the green iced tea, the strawberry smoothie, the asiago bagel, and every kind of scone they make.

I am not a fan of panera bread generally. That's probably because I worked at one during my teen years plus the panera near my home in DC is horrible and turned me off from all paneras in general. My friend wanted to grab some grub together (she treated) and this was the closest to where we had been hanging out that day. The store is located in the beautiful promenade on route 59. Lots of shopping in this area. From LOFT to sur la table! Here are the highlights: 1. Plenty of free parking (you gotta love the suburbs ) 2. Clean store 3. Friendly staff 4. Average soup 5. Above average salad (my Thai salad was awesome) 6. Unique decor (at least I've never seen such art in other panera breads). Most panera breads deserve a two star rating but this place earned itself a little more. Thanks for a decent experience

Fresh food, friendly service. Love having the option of Fresh food versus the standard fast food. This restaurant is clean and the service is quick, even during lunch hour. Location is convenient & easy to get to with plenty of parking. I really like the new flatbread sandwiches!

I've never had something from Panera I didn't like, and this location held up to that standard. I'd never been to the Arboretum even though I live pretty close. Not as many booths as I'd like, but there's plenty of seating. I got a bread bowl of their turkey chili, and I think I'm going to make some at home because boy was it good!

Had my daughter's baby shower there today! Wendy did an amazing job for us! Everything was organized, set up, and delicious! That community room was perfect for our group!

I love the food at Panera no matter which location I go to. It's quick and I don't feel gross the way you do from fast food after eating it. Lately I've been stopping into this location about once a week or so as it is close to my school and work and I haven't had any problems. The staff is almost always very friendly and my food is ready pretty quick!

I've been OBsessed with their turkey sierra sandwich and cheddar broc soup for years. I just don't get here enough. Every location I've ever visited is super packed and there is always a wait, but it's so worth it. My home panera loc is Barrington and Schaumburg Roads; my work panera loc is Golf and Meacham Roads so I'm covered if I get cravings... I also miss their lemon chicken orzo soup which I think was like a special for the day or something...man I wish it was a regular offering.

We stopped here while traveling to Iowa to visit family. Since we left Michigan at 4am I didn't realize when I ordered that it was still morning, although it felt like lunch time to me. I ordered the broccoli soup bread bowl and the lady behind the counter kind of looked at me funny. :). Although they were not serving lunch at the time she made me what I ordered. So sweet. Thank you! We had a great lunch (breakfast)! Nice place, nice people, great stop.

Panera is so mediocre I don't know why people like it so much. This one's always packed. You end up spending like $11 every time too

We have been coming here every morning during the weekdays for the past couple of months because it's on our commuting route to school. We spend close to $15 every time we come in. The staff are not very friendly. If you come here on a Monday morning, you will find the staff including the manager more interested in gossiping about the weekend among themselves than taking orders. This morning, I ordered a bagel and a significant portion of the bottom had been sliced off, so I asked for a different one. While I was waiting, I overheard another worker asked the person who was toasting a new bagel for me why she was redoing the bagel and after hearing the answer, the worker said "who cares" in an annoyed manner.. What kind of service is this? I paid for a bagel and I expect to receive the "whole" bagel that I paid for. The workers there only treat certain people (white) nice and are rude to others. We will never return to this location and will file a formal complaint with their corporation based on my observations during my daily visits over the past two months.

A nice location. I love their "You Pick Two" deal. Their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing! I also enjoyed their grilled cheese and tomato soup last winter.

Nice place...long store so the condiments and soda and tea is on the far side of the bathroom...I never seen a conferece room at the other couple of locations I been to so its cool if you ever needed to use it...I assume you would have to book it in advance.

I really like this Panera. I have one closer to my house (Schaumburg and Barrington Road) but I needed to do some Christmas shopping, so my friend and I agreed to meet up here beforehand. This location is fast, friendly, and accurate. They had the fire roaring, too, so it was really cozy and warm--a nice addition to my soup and salad (which hit the spot quite nicely). And unlike the Schaumburg location, they had the coveted blueberry muffin that my husband loves after breakfast time!

I'm not really big into Chain restaurants especially fast food ones but this Panera is my go to and I am lucky to have it close to home! Panera's motto is to make you feel better leaving then when you came in, and I can say this location does this for me every time! It's clean first of all. The employees are cheerful and attentive. And you walk out with minimum damage to your wallet and a tummy full of breads, soups, and other goodies!

This is my family's go-to place when we don't have time to cook or need a quick bite, either dine in or take out. Pretty nice service and great food. A few times they filled part of my order wrong at the pick up counter or missed something in my order, esp. for take out. Had to drive back a couple times. But whoever took care of it every time was very apologetic and usually offered something extra for free. Also, it can get crowded at lunch time on weekdays and some wait time is expected.

That was a cold March 2014 day. I was very disappointed that this location not able to serve heated up soup. The cup of cold soap was not fresh and tasteless for price $4.99 That's not about money about a quality of food that Panera Bread promising in advertisements. Think twice before you stop for lunch.

I love Panera's food, but not the price. I always get the Pick Two - Sierra Turkey and the Broccoli Cheddar soup. Both are delicious. This is a nice location.

I've been to many Panera Bread locations, all across the country, but this one easily ranks as #1. The food is similar to every other location I've ever been to, but what makes this Panera stand out is their customer service. Their servers up front, where you order your food, are polite, responsive and pleasant to talk to. In addition, they keep the place spotless, and often times come around and ask to take your tray when you are done, which is such a nice little service. Furthermore, as someone who works from home, I often visit this location to work. The sitting space is large enough to where I can usually grab a booth, and is situated to where it is fairly quiet. Also, there are power outlets at every booth, which is great! I've been a fan of Panera Bread for a long time now, but this location is easily the best one. I can't wait to go back. --- A quick story about this Panera...A few months ago I came in and ordered lunch. I used a gift card, which had $2 left on it, and was prepared to pay cash for the rest of the meal (about $6). The restaurant's power was down and they couldn't swipe my card. The server up front asked how much was left on the card, I said $2, and she proceeded to take the card and give me the rest of my meal for FREE. It completely made my day. Little things like that go a long way, and this Panera makes sure to do things like that every now and then.

Come here on occasions of finding somewhere to grab a quick bite or studying for a test. The area where its located at is pretty nice and once you come inside its welcoming. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup which was to die for. I only gave this Panera 4 stars because once I tried to sit down, most of the tables were dirty and I was limited to one table in the corner, not good! All in all, food was tasty and environment was quiet but cleanliness is key.
